Missed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the order:
- The delivery will be returned to KJA Ventures Ltd.
- A redelivery fee will apply and must be paid before rescheduling.
- Redelivery will only occur after the new time is confirmed and the fee is settled.

3. Alternate Delivery Arrangements

If you are unable to be home:

Contact us before your scheduled delivery to make alternate arrangements, such as:
- Authorizing delivery to a trusted individual (must provide ID).
- Rescheduling to a later time.

6. Limitation of Liability

KJA Ventures Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays, non-deliveries, or loss resulting from:

Inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
Unforeseen delivery obstacles, such as weather or road closures.
Unattended or unauthorized delivery drop-offs.
